The core working principle of the PTFE lined water jacket is metal matrix bearing + polytetrafluoroethylene lining anti-corrosion. It uses carbon steel or stainless steel as the outer matrix, and the inner wall is lined with high-purity polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. The PTFE tube is forced into the metal matrix through the extrusion molding process, and stress is eliminated by constant temperature treatment at 180℃ to form a gapless anti-corrosion lining. It can not only rely on the metal matrix to ensure structural strength and pressure-bearing capacity, but also rely on the chemical inertness of PTFE to achieve comprehensive anti-corrosion protection. Adopting high-purity PTFE lining material, relying on the excellent chemical stability of PTFE, it can resist corrosion by strong acids (sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide), strong oxidants and various organic solvents. It is only sensitive to a few special media such as molten alkali metals and chlorine trifluoride, no dissolution pollution, especially suitable for high-standard scenarios such as food and pharmaceutical industries, meeting GMP and FDA standard requirements.
Adopting extrusion molding process, the PTFE powder is extruded into a tube and then forced into the metal matrix. Stress is eliminated by constant temperature treatment at 180℃ to form a gapless lining, avoiding medium penetration into the metal matrix leading to corrosion; the lining is firmly combined with the matrix, with excellent axial tensile strength, not easy to fall off or crack, and the service life is as long as 10-15 years.
The long-term service temperature range can reach -200℃~180℃, and it can withstand high temperature of 300℃ in a short time. There is no embrittlement in low temperature environment, no softening or decomposition in high temperature, which can adapt to various complex working conditions such as cold areas and high temperature corrosion, meeting the use needs of different countries and regions.
The outer layer adopts high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel matrix to provide strong structural support and pressure-bearing capacity, with a pressure-bearing capacity of more than 4.0MPa. Combined with the anti-corrosion performance of PTFE lining, it not only ensures the stable structure of the equipment, but also effectively resists the erosion of corrosive media and eliminates leakage hazards.
