Power frequency AC enters the equipment through the input protection circuit, and is processed by the rectifier bridge stack and filter capacitor circuit to convert the 50Hz power frequency AC into smooth DC, eliminating the impact of power grid fluctuation on the equipment, providing stable DC power for the rear inverter module. At the same time, it has built-in surge protection and overvoltage protection circuits to ensure the stable operation of the equipment in complex power grid environments.
The smooth DC is transmitted to the IGBT high-frequency inverter module, driven accurately by the intelligent variable frequency control system, converting the DC into 20-40KHz high-frequency alternating current. The exclusive variable frequency algorithm of AIX can automatically adjust the inverter frequency and output power according to the furnace body temperature, medium pressure and set parameters to achieve precise temperature control. The high-frequency alternating current is transmitted to the resonant induction coil, generating a high-speed alternating magnetic field around the coil. The magnetic lines of force penetrate the insulation layer and act on the magnetically conductive metal furnace body of the boiler, generating dense eddy current effect inside the furnace body metal, making the furnace body heat up quickly and evenly by itself, directly heating the water, steam, heat transfer oil and other media in the furnace body without intermediate heat conduction link, greatly reducing heat loss, and the maximum thermal efficiency can reach 99%.
