Excessive catalyst or too fast feeding will cause sharp temperature rise.
Mechanical impurities entering the reactor will cause local friction and heat.
Bearing wear and stirrer friction will lead to overheating.
Failure of catalyst instruments and pumps will cause reaction out of control.
Oxygen content in process system must be strictly controlled, usually ≤1ppm.
The liquid circulation is a closed system, and the expansion tank is only mechanically connected.
The medium temperature in the expansion tank must be lower than 60℃.
The closed system does not absorb water vapor at low temperature or produce oil mist at high temperature.
The same heat transfer medium can realize precise temperature control from -100℃ to 200℃.
No mechanical or electronic valves are used in the circulation system.
Joint form, process specification and preheating temperature affect thermal cracks.
Small current and multi-layer welding are preferred to reduce thermal cracks.
Preheating is necessary for welding workpieces with high rigidity.
Arrange welding sequence reasonably to minimize welding stress.
Higher carbon and alloy content require higher preheating temperature.
Start the stirrer before feeding, and feed only after normal operation.
Feeding quantity shall not exceed the process limit.
Open the return valve before the steam valve, then open the inlet valve slowly.
Preheat the jacket gradually, and the pressure shall not exceed the specified value.
Steam valve and cooling valve cannot be opened at the same time.
Cooling water pressure shall be kept between 0.1MPa–0.2MPa.
Start water ring pump before water supply, stop water supply after stopping pump.
Stop the machine immediately for maintenance in case of abnormal operation.
Water, acid, alkali and impurities are strictly prohibited in heat transfer oil.
Clean the jacket before first use, and oil volume is 85% of jacket volume.
Heating is forbidden without material or heat transfer oil.
Heat up slowly to prevent boiling of oil and gas.
Control heating speed by adjusting the number of electric heating rods.
Check and replenish heat transfer oil regularly.
Inspect electric heating rods often to avoid uneven heating.
Check and clean vent valves and pipelines regularly to keep smooth.
