2. Working Principle & Technical Core

Aix stainless steel closed reaction kettle consists of eight core parts: kettle body, kettle cover, jacket/coil heat exchange system, stirring system, sealing system, transmission system, support legs and inlet/outlet pipeline system, belonging to typical closed pressure reaction equipment. During operation, materials enter the closed kettle from the feed port, and valves are closed to form a closed reaction space. The stirring motor drives the stirring paddle to rotate, making materials fully mixed and dispersed, eliminating concentration difference and local overheating. The heat exchange system feeds steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water or frozen brine through the jacket or internal coil to precisely control the reaction temperature. The pressure system maintains stable pressure in the kettle through pressure gauge, safety valve and vent valve, automatic pressure relief when overpressure, vacuum for negative pressure. Mechanical seal ensures no leakage during stirring shaft rotation, especially suitable for toxic, flammable, explosive and volatile materials.
