Aix coal & biomass fired steam boiler adopts a horizontal three-pass fire-water tube full wet-back structure, consisting of eight core parts: furnace body, chain grate, combustion system, smoke tube heating surface, economizer, feeding system, slag removal system and fully automatic control system. It is a high-efficiency industrial packaged boiler. During operation, fuel is evenly spread on the grate through automatic feeder and enters the furnace for gradual drying, gasification and full combustion. High-temperature flue gas enters the first-pass radiation heat exchange from the furnace, then transfers to the second-pass threaded smoke tubes for enhanced convection heat exchange through the combustion chamber, then enters the third-pass plain tubes for heat exchange, and finally recovers waste heat through the economizer to reduce exhaust gas temperature and heat feed water to improve thermal efficiency. Boiler water is quickly heated and vaporized in the heating surface tubes to form stable saturated steam output.
