Aix external half-pipe stainless steel reactor consists of seven core parts: reactor body, spiral external half-pipe heat exchange system, stirring system, transmission device, sealing system, support base and process nozzles, adopting external half-pipe spiral heat exchange structure, completely different from traditional jacketed reactors. During operation, heat exchange medium (steam/heat transfer oil/cooling water) flows at high speed in the spiral half-pipes, forming turbulent enhanced heat exchange, and heat quickly penetrates the reactor wall to transfer to materials; the stirrer fully mixes materials to eliminate temperature gradient and concentration difference; the reactor cover is equipped with feeding, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, safety vent and other nozzles to monitor reaction status in real time.
