Aix Boiler external half-pipe stainless steel reactor operates based on the principle of closed pressure reaction, spiral external half-pipe forced heat exchange and mechanical stirring mixing. Semi-circular spiral coils are welded on the outside of the reactor body as heat exchange channels. Steam, heat transfer oil and cooling water flow at high speed in the half-pipes, quickly heating or cooling materials through the reactor wall, and cooperate with the stirring system to achieve uniform material mixing, completing various processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, polymerization and condensation. The equipment is made of 304/316L stainless steel, and the external half-pipe structure greatly improves heat exchange efficiency and pressure resistance. Aix external half-pipe stainless steel reactor consists of seven core parts: reactor body, spiral external half-pipe heat exchange system, stirring system, transmission device, sealing system, support base and process nozzles, adopting external half-pipe spiral heat exchange structure, completely different from traditional jacketed reactors. During operation, heat exchange medium (steam/heat transfer oil/cooling water) flows at high speed in the spiral half-pipes, forming turbulent enhanced heat exchange, and heat quickly penetrates the reactor wall to transfer to materials; the stirrer fully mixes materials to eliminate temperature gradient and concentration difference; the reactor cover is equipped with feeding, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, safety vent and other nozzles to monitor reaction status in real time. The external half-pipe also acts as a reinforcing rib, which can reduce the reactor wall thickness (cylinder by about 37.5%, head by about 50%) while improving pressure resistance, significantly saving steel and reducing equipment weight, making it more convenient for workshop layout and installation.
