1. Product Overview of AIX Boiler PTFE Reactor

AIX Boiler PTFE reactor is divided into three series: plate-lined PTFE reactor, PTFE coated reactor and PTFE roll lined reactor. The shell is made of carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, titanium alloy, duplex steel 2205 and other materials, and the inner lining is made of PTFE/PFA high-purity materials. It can withstand corrosive media in the full range of pH 1–14, with working temperature of -100℃~+180℃ and working pressure of -0.098MPa~+2.5MPa. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, good anti-permeability, smooth surface without scaling, extremely low precipitation and meeting the cleanliness requirements of photovoltaic/pharmaceutical industry.
