AIX Boiler high pressure hydrogenation reactor consists of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket/heat exchange system, magnetic/mechanical sealed stirring system, hydrogen intake distribution system, safety accessories and automatic control system. Kettle Body and Kettle Cover: Made of high-quality hydrogen embrittlement resistant materials by forging or plate rolling and welding. The head is elliptical/spherical structure with uniform pressure and reasonable stress distribution. Welding complies with pressure vessel standards and passes 100% non-destructive testing (RT, UT, PT) to ensure no leakage. The inner wall is electrolytically polished to Ra0.2μm to reduce wall hanging and side reactions;
Heat Exchange System: Standard jacket/inner coil structure. Heating methods include electric heating, heat conduction oil and steam heating; cooling adopts circulating cooling water with sufficient heat exchange area and temperature control accuracy within ±2℃, suitable for rapid heating and cooling processes;
Sealing and Stirring System: Magnetic coupling seal is adopted as core configuration to realize non-contact power transmission, completely eliminating shaft seal leakage risk and suitable for high-pressure hydrogen and flammable and explosive media. Propeller, self-priming and turbine three-layer combined blades are optional, with rotating speed up to 1200r/min, forming vacuum hydrogen absorption effect and improving reaction efficiency by more than 35%;
Hydrogen Intake Distribution System: Built-in gas distributor ensures uniform dispersion of hydrogen in materials and improves gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency. Equipped with high-pressure hydrogen pressure reducing valve, flowmeter, pressure gauge and hydrogen leakage detector to monitor intake pressure and concentration in real time for safety;
Safety Accessories: Standard safety valve, bursting disc, explosion-proof motor, emergency pressure relief system, dual temperature/pressure interlock protection, explosion-proof grade Ex d IIB T4, to avoid safety accidents caused by overpressure, overtemperature and leakage;
Opening and Installation: Feed inlet, discharge outlet, manhole, sight glass, temperature measuring port, pressure measuring port, catalyst feeding port, sampling port, etc. can be customized according to process requirements.
