Glass-lined pressure gauge (also known as enamel pressure gauge) is a core instrument for accurately monitoring system pressure in corrosive working conditions such as industrial boilers, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals. Its core structure consists of carbon steel substrate + high-temperature sintered glass-lined protective layer + precision pressure sensing element. Made of high-quality low-carbon steel as the base for the shell and wetted parts, the inner wall and liquid contact surface are sprayed with high-silicon corrosion-resistant enamel, which is sintered in sections at 860-920℃ to form a dense, smooth and corrosion-resistant protective layer firmly fused with the metal substrate. Equipped with high-precision elastic sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, capsule), it realizes accurate measurement and safe display of corrosive medium pressure. The product is designed and manufactured in strict accordance withGB/T 7989 Test Methods for Glass-Lined Coatings,GB/T 25025-2025 Technical Specifications for Glass-Lined EquipmentandTSG 21 Special Equipment Safety Specification. With a temperature range of -20℃~200℃, measuring range of 0~1.6MPa (customizable), accuracy class ≤1.6, and enamel thickness of 0.8-1.5mm, it combines the structural strength of metal instruments with the extreme corrosion resistance of glass lining, preventing medium corrosion of instrument parts and ensuring accurate and long-term stable pressure monitoring. 1. Excellent Corrosion Resistance for Harsh Media
The glass-lined layer on wetted parts adopts high-silicon anti-corrosion enamel with strong chemical stability. It resists all inorganic acids, organic acids, salt solutions and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid (≥180℃, ≥60%) and high-concentration strong alkalis. Corrosion resistance is better than ordinary stainless steel pressure gauges, with no medium pollution or metal ion precipitation, meeting GMP standards for food and pharmaceuticals. It solves the short service life of ordinary pressure gauges in corrosive environments.
2. High Accuracy & Stability
Equipped with high-precision industrial Bourdon tubes/capsules, accuracy can reach 0.4 (customizable). The pointer responds sensitively to tiny pressure changes. The glass-lined layer is tightly bonded to the metal substrate without gaps or peeling, ensuring stable readings under high temperature and pressure, unaffected by corrosion or temperature fluctuations.
3. High Temperature & Thermal Shock Resistance
Stable working temperature from -20℃ to 200℃, resisting frequent thermal cycling. The glass-lined layer does not crack or peel, adapting to high-temperature boiler media and outdoor installation in cold regions, far more stable than plastic or ordinary anti-corrosion gauges.
4. Sturdy Structure & Long Service Life
Composite structure of low-carbon steel + glass-lined layer + precision movement provides high mechanical strength, withstanding up to 4.0MPa and external impact. The glass-lined layer has Mohs hardness 6-7, resisting particle erosion. Service life reaches 8–12 years, 2–3 times that of ordinary anti-corrosion gauges.

1. Installation: Handle gently; do not strike the glass-lined surface. Use wrench on hex joint only; use PTFE tape for threads and anti-corrosion gaskets for flanges. Install dampers for pulsating pressure.
2. Range: Working pressure within 1/3–2/3 of full scale; double range for pulsating conditions.
3. Medium: Avoid hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid and high-temperature strong alkalis.
4. Maintenance: Calibrate every 6 months; clean gently without metal tools; protect against moisture.
5. Operation: No overpressure/overtemperature; stop use immediately for abnormal readings or leakage.
