Enamel reactor edged pipeline (also known as glass lined reactor edged pipeline) is a core anti-corrosion transportation component matching enamel reactors, specially designed for reactor inlet and outlet, material transportation and connection working conditions. 1. Patented Edge Structure, Anti-Falling and Anti-Extrusion

Adopt integrated flanged edge design, the edge is seamlessly connected with the pipeline matrix. The flanging structure is parallel to the horizontal direction, and the included angle between the lower end face and the outer wall of the pipeline is 95°, which can effectively decompose the extrusion force during flange fastening, avoid the enamel layer from cracking due to pressure. A symmetrical right-angle triangular limit groove is set on the inner side of the connection between the pipeline and the flange, and the enamel layer is filled in the limit groove to form a firm clamping structure, which prevents the enamel layer from falling off due to extrusion, greatly improves the service life of the pipeline, and solves the pain point that the interface of traditional pipelines is easy to be damaged. At the same time, the edge part is flush with the inner wall of the pipeline, which does not affect the material circulation and avoids material residue.

2. Super Corrosion Resistance, Suitable for Harsh Reactor Media

The inner wall and edge parts are sprayed with high-silicon corrosion-resistant enamel, using a special enamel formula (composite components such as 35-55 parts of quartz sand and 18-23 parts of borax), which has extremely strong chemical stability. It can resist corrosion of all inorganic acids, organic acids, salt solutions and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid (≥180℃, concentration ≥60%) and high-concentration strong alkalis. Its corrosion resistance is better than that of ordinary stainless steel pipelines, with no medium pollution and no metal ion precipitation, in line with food and pharmaceutical GMP clean standards, suitable for the transportation of corrosive materials such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and organic solvents in enamel reactors.

Adopt cold spraying process for multiple enamel spraying, and sinter in sections at 860-920℃ with furnace temperature uniformity ≤±5℃, ensuring strong bonding force between the enamel layer and the metal matrix, with a bonding degree of more than 95%, no bubbles, pinholes or cracks. The long-term stable working temperature range is -20℃~200℃, which can withstand frequent temperature fluctuations and thermal shock, no embrittlement at low temperature and no softening at high temperature, adapting to the alternating heating and cooling conditions of the reactor, and its operational stability is far superior to that of plastic and ordinary plastic-lined pipelines.

8. Installation & Usage Notes

1. Installation: Handle with care, prohibit knocking or collision on the edge parts and enamel surface; when connecting flanges, select corrosion-resistant gaskets (PTFE gaskets are preferred), and tighten the bolts step by step in a diagonal, symmetrical and uniform manner. It is strictly forbidden to screw a certain bolt to the bottom at one time to avoid uneven force on the edge parts leading to enamel layer cracking; a non-metallic soft pad should be placed between the pipeline support and the pipeline to avoid direct metal contact.

2. Cutting and Beveling: If cutting is required, use mechanical methods, avoid flame cutting to prevent high temperature from damaging the enamel layer; after cutting, remove burrs and flash, and perform anti-corrosion treatment on the exposed metal parts.

3. Media: Prohibit contact with hydrofluoric acid, high temperature (>180℃) concentrated phosphoric acid, high temperature and high concentration strong alkalis (pH>12, >80℃) to avoid corrosion of the enamel layer.

4. Maintenance: Conduct spark test regularly (6-12 months) to check the integrity of the enamel layer; it is forbidden to clean the enamel surface with metal tools, clean the impurities in the pipeline inner wall regularly to avoid blockage; avoid the pipeline being in overpressure and overtemperature state for a long time.

5. Operation: When the reactor is heating up and cooling down, control the rate ≤1-2℃/min to avoid enamel layer cracking caused by sudden temperature changes; if pipeline leakage or enamel layer damage is found, stop using it immediately and overhaul it.
