The glass-lined layer adopts high-silicon corrosion-resistant enamel with extremely strong chemical stability, resistant to all inorganic acids, organic acids, salt solutions, organic solvents and corrosive gases except hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid (>180℃, concentration ≥60%) and high-concentration strong alkali (pH>12, >80℃). Its corrosion resistance far exceeds 304/316L stainless steel, with no metal ion precipitation and no medium pollution, fully complying with food and pharmaceutical GMP clean standards, completely solving the industry pain points of ordinary carbon steel/stainless steel pipes: easy corrosion, short service life and material pollution.

The glass-lined layer has a Mohs hardness of 6-7, wear-resistant and erosion-resistant, able to withstand long-term erosion of particle-containing media.
