The bottom-out discharge valve is a special discharge valve designed for the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, distillation towers and other vessels. It adopts a Y-type straight-through valve body + bottom-out disc structure. When opening, the disc moves vertically downward and completely leaves the bottom flow channel, forming an unobstructed passage for complete material discharge without dead corners. When closing, the disc fits upward to the seat with tight sealing for zero-leak shut-off. The valve body is made of high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel 304/316L or glass-lined material, with soft/hard dual sealing. Drive modes include manual and pneumatic (spring return / double-acting). Designed and manufactured in strict accordance withGB/T 12235,HG/T 2138,GB/T 25025. Working pressure: 0.6–2.5MPa, working temperature: -20℃~425℃, nominal diameter: DN25–DN300. It features strong corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, light operation, reliable sealing and easy maintenance, widely used for bottom discharge, sampling and shut-off in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, food and other industries.

1. Installation: Install vertically at vessel bottom with aligned stem. Tighten bolts diagonally; install pneumatic actuator horizontally to prevent medium ingress.

2. Medium Compatibility: Stainless steel not for high chloride or sulfide; glass-lined not for HF, hot concentrated phosphoric acid or strong alkali.

3. Operation: Operate manual valves smoothly; clean lines and adjust air pressure before pneumatic commissioning.

4. Maintenance: Inspect seals every 6–12 months; regrind hard seals if worn; do not scratch surfaces with metal tools.
