Electrically Heated Glass-Lined Reactor

Aix Boiler Electrically Heated Glass-Lined Reactor operates based on the core principles of indirect heat transfer via electrically heated thermal oil, corrosion-resistant glass-lined layer, and uniform mixing by mechanical stirring. Electric Heating Tubes are evenly arranged at the bottom of the jacket to heat the thermal oil bath, which transfers heat to the kettle body, accurately controlling the reaction temperature from 0℃ to 200℃ to avoid impact on the glass-lined layer from direct heating. The inner wall of the kettle is sintered with high-silicon glass-lined glaze (SiO₂ content ≥78%), forming a dense protective layer through high-temperature firing at 920℃, isolating materials from the steel matrix and resisting acid, alkali, non-sticking, and easy cleaning. The equipment uses Q245R/Q345R pressure vessel special steel plate as the matrix, equipped with a fully automatic temperature control cabinet to realize start/stop control of single/multiple heating tubes, with functions of temperature display, leakage protection, and over-temperature alarm, fully meeting the needs of laboratory small-scale tests, pilot tests, and industrial batch production. This product is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 150 Pressure Vessels (2024 Edition) and GB/T 25025 Technical Requirements for Glass-Lined Equipment (2025 Edition). Each equipment passes hydraulic test, spark test (no pinholes at 20kV), and leakage protection test before leaving the factory.
