Aix Boiler closed enamel reactor operates based on the core principles of closed pressure chemical reaction, jacket circulation heat exchange, and mechanical stirring uniform mixing. It adopts high-quality boiler steel plate as the base body, and the inner wall is sprayed with high-silicon content glass-lined enamel, which is sintered at 920℃ high-temperature electric furnace to form a dense, smooth and strong adhesion glass protective layer. The whole machine adopts F-type closed integrated structure, with the reactor cover and body sealed and connected non-detachable. Under the set pressure and temperature environment, it completes various chemical reactions such as hydrolysis, neutralization, esterification, polymerization and crystallization of materials, completely solving the problems of leakage, corrosion and pollution in the reaction process of corrosive materials.
