The equipment uses high-quality carbon steel or low-alloy steel as the base material, lined with high-borosilicate glass glaze on the inner wall, and sintered at 900℃ to form a dense and seamless corrosion-resistant barrier, realizing long-term safe storage of corrosive media such as acid, alkali and salt, with excellent thermal shock resistance (-20℃~200℃). Designed and manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel standards, the whole structure includes tank body, heads, manhole, inlet & outlet, liquid level meter port, support, ladder and platform, featuring stable pressure bearing, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, no leakage and long service life. This product is strictly produced in compliance with GB/T 25025-2025 Technical Specifications for Glass-Lined Equipment and GB/T 7994 Test Methods for Glass-Lined Equipment, passing four quality controls: hydrostatic test, air tightness test, mechanical impact test and glaze thickness test, with 100% factory pass rate.
