Aix Boiler coal & Biomass fired hot water boiler operates based on the principle of layer combustion, three-pass fire-water tube heat exchange and closed cycle heating. Using coal, biomass pellets, sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc. as fuel, the fuel is fed into the furnace layer by layer through the grate and fully burned. High-temperature flue gas heats boiler water to 40℃–95℃ through radiation and convection heat exchange, and the circulating pump delivers hot water to end users for heating and domestic hot water supply. The product is available in three structures: atmospheric pressure, pressure and vacuum. The boiler is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the standards of China Boiler and Boiler Water Treatment Association, GB/T 44906-2024 Technical Specifications for Biomass Boilers and TSG 11-2020, with thermal efficiency up to 88%–92%, low fuel cost, high safety and stability, and wide application range. 2. Working Principle & Technical Core

Aix coal & biomass fired hot water boiler adopts a horizontal three-pass fire-water tube full wet-back structure, consisting of eight core parts: furnace body, chain grate, combustion system, smoke tube heating surface, economizer, feeding system, slag removal system and fully automatic control system. During operation, fuel is evenly spread on the grate through automatic feeder and enters the furnace for gradual drying, gasification and full combustion. High-temperature flue gas completes the first-pass radiation heat exchange from the furnace, then transfers to the second-pass threaded smoke tubes for enhanced convection heat exchange through the combustion chamber, then enters the third-pass plain tubes for heat exchange, and finally recovers waste heat through the economizer to reduce exhaust gas temperature and heat feed water to improve thermal efficiency. Boiler water is quickly heated in the heating surface tubes, delivered by circulating pump to end users for heating or hot water supply, and returns for reheating after heat release, realizing continuous constant temperature heating. Equipped with PLC intelligent control system, the boiler realizes automatic feeding, automatic ignition, automatic temperature control, automatic circulation, automatic slag removal and fault self-test alarm, truly unattended and stable operation.
