Aix Boiler coal & Biomass fired thermal oil heater operates based on the principle of layer combustion + coil-type liquid phase forced circulation heat exchange. Using coal, biomass pellets, sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc. as fuel and thermal oil as heat carrier, the fuel is fully burned through the grate to produce high-temperature flue gas, which heats the thermal oil in coils by radiation and convection. Driven by the circulating oil pump, it realizes closed-cycle heating supply, and can stably output high-temperature heat energy up to 350℃ under low pressure ≤0.8MPa. Aix coal & biomass fired thermal oil heater adopts a horizontal three-pass coil full wet-back structure, consisting of eight core parts: furnace body, chain grate, combustion system, coil heating surface, economizer, feeding system, slag removal system and fully automatic control system. It is a high-efficiency organic heat carrier furnace equipment. During operation, fuel is evenly spread on the grate through automatic feeder and enters the furnace for gradual drying, gasification and full combustion. High-temperature flue gas completes the first-pass radiation heat exchange along coils, enters the second-pass convection heat exchange through the combustion chamber, then enters the third-pass enhanced heat exchange, and finally recovers waste heat through the economizer before exhausting. Thermal oil is rapidly heated in coils, driven by the circulating oil pump to the heat-consuming equipment to release heat, and then returns to the furnace for reheating, realizing continuous high-temperature heating supply cycle after cycle. Equipped with PLC intelligent control system, the heater realizes automatic feeding, automatic ignition, automatic constant temperature, automatic circulation, automatic slag removal and fault self-test alarm, truly unattended and stable operation.
