How to Monitor pH Value of Glass-lined Reactor Materials in Real Time?

During the operation of glass-lined reactors, real-time online pH monitoring is often required. As the reactor is a closed pressure vessel with corrosive materials, conventional open pH meters cannot be used. Supported by Henan AIX Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Code, we provide a professional solution.

1. Reserve pH Meter Connector in Advance

If pH monitoring is needed, please inform the manufacturer when purchasing the reactor. A special flat welding flange port will be reserved on the reactor cover for installation.

2. Use Special Insertion pH Meter

A glass-lined sleeve type pH meter should be used, which can be directly inserted into the reactor with the probe deep into materials to ensure accurate and stable data under high pressure.

3. Select Probe According to Material Properties

Select the probe based on pH, temperature, viscosity and corrosiveness:
• Standard probe for normal materials
• High-end corrosion & high-temperature resistant probe for harsh materials
• Match stirring type and speed to avoid interference

4. Equip Digital Display & Remote Transmission Module

A digital display instrument is installed on the top for clear reading. For remote computer monitoring, select models with signal output terminals for automatic control.
