Aix Boiler stainless steel storage tank is mainly composed of cylinder, head, manhole, inlet/outlet, liquid level meter port, temperature measuring port, safety valve port, legs/support, ladder and guardrail. The whole structure is welded with strong sealing, stable pressure bearing, safety and reliability. The equipment stores liquid or gas media in a sealed state under atmospheric or micro-positive pressure. Relying on the excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength of 316L, it achieves long-term stable storage without polluting media, leaking or being corroded. After welding, the tank undergoes kerosene penetration test, key girth welds implement Level I non-destructive test, and hydrostatic test is carried out in accordance with GB/T 7994 standard to ensure 100% factory pass rate.
