3. Core Structure and Working Process of AIX Boiler Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment

AIX boiler reverse osmosis water treatment equipment adopts modular integrated design, with exclusive optimization for boiler feed water and industrial pure water scenarios. The core structure includes five core units: pretreatment system, reverse osmosis host system, post-treatment purification system, cleaning system and intelligent control system. The core working process is divided into four core stages:

1. Raw Water Pretreatment Stage

Raw water enters the pretreatment system through the water inlet pipeline, and is treated step by step through multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, water softener and precision filter in turn to remove sediment, suspended solids, colloids, residual chlorine, large particle impurities and hardness ions in the raw water, reduce the turbidity and pollution index of raw water, protect the rear reverse osmosis membrane elements from pollution and scratch, extend the service life of membrane elements, and provide pretreated water that meets the influent standard for the reverse osmosis host system.

2. Reverse Osmosis Host Desalination Stage

The pretreated water is pressurized by the high-pressure pump and enters the reverse osmosis membrane module. Under the action of pressure higher than the osmotic pressure, water molecules pass through the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns, gather to the pure water pipeline and are transported to the pure water tank; while impurities such as inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses and organic matter in the raw water are intercepted by the membrane elements and discharged centrally with the concentrated water pipeline. This stage can remove more than 98% of soluble salts and more than 99% of microorganisms and organic matters in the water, completely solving the problems of scaling and corrosion of boiler feed water.

3. Pure Water Post-treatment Purification Stage

For high-standard water scenarios such as pharmacy, electronics, ultra-high pressure boilers, the reverse osmosis produced water can be further treated by mixed bed, EDI electrodeionization system, ultraviolet sterilizer, polishing mixed bed and other post-treatment units to realize the preparation of ultrapure water and purified water. The effluent quality can fully meet various industry water requirements such as Water Quality for Industrial Boilers GB/T 1576-2018, purified water standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and electronic grade ultrapure water standard.

4. Membrane Element Cleaning and Maintenance Stage

When the reverse osmosis membrane elements are polluted, the water output decreases or the desalination rate reduces, the equipment can carry out forward/reverse cleaning of the membrane elements with special cleaning agents through the supporting cleaning system to remove pollutants on the membrane surface, restore the desalination performance and water production capacity of the membrane elements, without frequent replacement of membrane elements, greatly reducing the long-term operation cost of the equipment.
