Aix electric heating hot water boiler adopts integrated module design, composed of heating system, control system, pressure boiler body, circulation pump, safety valve and constant pressure water supply pump. The whole machine is pre-assembled and tested in the factory for quick on-site installation. The equipment uses electric heating as heat source. Stainless steel heating tubes are immersed in heating, with high heat conversion efficiency, fast heating speed and less scaling. The boiler is a water-filled pressure structure without water level gauge. It relies on triple monitoring of pressure gauge, safety valve and thermometer, and maintains system pressure balance with constant pressure water supply to ensure no vaporization of high-temperature hot water and continuous stable output.

Equipped with Siemens PLC self-programming control system, water temperature, pressure and operation status are displayed in real time. The circulation pump and heating group can be automatically started and stopped according to the set temperature, supporting automatic switching between heating mode / bathing mode: start the pump when reaching the upper limit temperature and stop when lower than the lower limit in heating mode; stop the pump when reaching the upper limit temperature and start when lower than the lower limit in bathing mode, truly realizing unattended and fully automatic operation. High-power models adopt step-by-step group control, automatically switching heating groups according to load to reduce power grid impact, and can also manually adjust power to flexibly adapt to different heat demand.
