Enamel disc Heat Exchanger operates based on three core principles: counter-current heat exchange, turbulent enhanced heat transfer, and high-efficiency heat conduction through disc interlayers. It consists of multiple stacked enamel discs forming independent cold and hot flow channels. High-temperature medium flows along disc gaps, cooling water flows reversely in disc interlayers, achieving efficient heat exchange through dense high-silicon enamel layer to complete cooling, condensation and waste heat recovery. With Q245R carbon steel as base material and high-temperature sintered enamel layer, it combines metal strength and glass-grade corrosion resistance. 2. Working Principle & Structural Features

Enamel disc heat exchanger adopts stacked disc structure, composed of upper cover, lower cover, enamel discs, PTFE-coated gaskets and fasteners, with cold and hot media completely isolated without cross-contamination. New six-hole design ensures uniform fluid distribution, reduces single disc thickness to improve cooling water flow rate, heat transfer efficiency increased by more than 50% compared with standard type; 10mm thick gasket has small expansion and contraction, high pressure resistance, suitable for high vacuum sealing; smooth disc surface is not easy to scale, easy to maintain; modular disc design can flexibly adjust heat exchange area by adding or reducing discs, local replacement available for damage, greatly reducing use cost.
