2. Working Principle & Structural Composition

2.1 Core Working Principle

Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, the equipment converts power frequency AC into high-frequency alternating current through the intelligent control system. The high-frequency current flows through the induction coil to generate an alternating magnetic field. When the magnetic lines of force pass through the metal kettle body, countless annular eddy currents are generated in the wall of the kettle body. The eddy currents make the iron molecules of the kettle body move at high speed irregularly, and the molecules collide and rub against each other to generate heat energy, realizing the overall uniform heating of the kettle body itself, directly heating the materials in the kettle without intermediate heat transfer medium such as boiler or heat transfer oil. The conversion efficiency of electric energy to heat energy can reach more than 95%. At the same time, with the intelligent PID temperature control system, it monitors the temperature in the kettle in real time, accurately adjusts the output power, realizes the temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, and meets the process requirements of various fine chemical reactions.

2.2 Equipment Structural Composition

AIX electromagnetic induction heating reactor is mainly composed of five parts: pressure-bearing kettle body system, electromagnetic induction heating system, intelligent control system, sealing transmission system and supporting accessories:
① Pressure-bearing kettle body system: including cylinder, head, kettle cover, jacket (optional), manhole, feed inlet, discharge outlet, temperature measuring port, etc. The material can be 304/316L stainless steel, Q245R carbon steel, enamel lined, etc. It is a Class I pressure vessel, complying with GB150 standard;
